Gypsy Sprits reserves the right, in good faith to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment or guests. Safety is paramount in all decisions. Gypsy Spirits compensation will not be affected if the operation is ended.

The client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the trailer or equipment owned by Gypsy Spirits. By any misuse of equipment or trailer by client or its guests, or any theft.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcohol at any event. We have the right to refuse to serve anyone at the event who appears excessively intoxicated or uses threatening or abusive behavior towards staff or guests.
